2. Service Appointments

By booking a service:

  • You agree to provide accurate contact details, location, and appliance information.

  • A technician will contact you to schedule or confirm your appointment.

  • The availability of technicians may vary by location.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments due to technician availability or service feasibility.


3. Inspection Charges

  • A transparent inspection charge will be applied for every service visit.

  • Inspection charges are non-refundable, even if:

    • You decide not to proceed with the repair

    • No repair is required

    • The appliance is found to be non-repairable

The inspection fee covers the technician’s time, travel, effort, and diagnosis.


4. Repair Estimates & Approval

  • After inspection, the technician will explain the issue and provide a repair estimate.

  • Work will begin only after your approval.

  • Estimates may vary depending on appliance condition, part availability, and brand requirements.

You are not obligated to accept any estimate.


5. Spare Parts

  • We provide genuine-quality spare parts suitable for most major brands.

  • All parts are sourced from verified suppliers or markets.

  • Part availability may vary based on brand, model, and region.

We do not manufacture any appliance parts.


6. Warranty Terms

We offer a limited service warranty on repair jobs unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does not apply under these conditions:

  • Physical damage, misuse, improper handling

  • Electrical fluctuations or external issues

  • Parts damaged due to water leakage, rust, short-circuit, or pest infestation

  • Repairs done by any other technician after our service

  • Commercial or heavy-usage appliances

All warranty details will be explained by the technician during service.


7. Payments

  • Payments must be made after service completion or as instructed by the technician.

  • We accept UPI, cash, or other available payment methods.

  • No credit or pending payments are allowed unless agreed.


8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • Someone must be present at the service location during the technician’s visit.

  • The technician should be provided with safe access to the appliance.

  • The working area must be clean and free from hazards.

  • You will not request services outside our listed service areas.


9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your service by contacting us at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

Last-minute cancellations or customer unavailability may still incur inspection charges.


10. Website Usage

By using this website, you agree:
